If you want to check if you have the same problem as mine, open up task manager, click the "performance" tab. Then click the "View" menu and check "Show Kernel Times". If this leads to your graph being primarily red, then your kernel is eating up your processor somehow. In either case, that safety scan is worth checking out. The process name was “System”.
