Early morning

Saturday, December 6th, 2003

It’s about 5:15 on a Saturday morning and I just woke up. Why? well because I need to be at work by 7am. That’s what my manager did to me when I asked her to take me off the schedule for friday and saturday evenings. Well I figure that it is in my best interest because we have early bird specials on Saturday mornings from 7am to 10am until christmas. So, most of my big customers are supposed to return today. Lets see how many come through!

The Last Samurai

Friday, December 5th, 2003

So once again I skipped school and caught a movie at Arundel mills. I saw the 11:35 show of ‘The Last Samurai’. It is a good movie … a lot of gore which a friend of mine really likes but makes me twist my toes and clench my fists. It is set in the year 1876 and is the story of an American man (a captain in the forces) who goes to Japan to train an army to suppress a rebellion against the emperor. I would say that it was time that I killed wisely.

Snow!

Friday, December 5th, 2003

It snowed last night and I love to watch snow (as long as I don’t have to clean it off my car or shovel it from the driveway). I am waiting for Chirstmas now and I hope that it’s a white Christmas too. It just puts you in the right mood. Anyways, I have a semi-interesting story. At work, our stock room is not insulated. So I’ve stopped selling stuff that requires me to go to the stock room. This includes most DVD players and VCRs. So the next time I tell you that the item is not in stock, just assume that I am very afraid of the cold.
