Company Policy

One of the first documents that an employee gets to see includes the company policy. Well read the document (4 mb pdf) handed to me. I just don’t know what to say.

The first point the policy makes clear is this: “We will no longer accept a doctor statement as proof of sickness. If you are able to go to the doctor, you are able to come to work.”

Thas quite amusing, I wonder if a company was actually able to do those things, if their productivity would increase?
