Shooting at Maryland

I’m sure most of you have heard about the recent shooting at Maryland (University of Maryland). It is totally ridiculous how these people can easily get guns. What use are licensing regulations for such arms? I mean what is the point of owning a gun unless you are in the military? And I think recreational hunting is the most ridiculous excuse for getting a gun. It should be illegal to shoot at birds and animals just because of humane reasons.

Such people who have temperament disorders should not be allowed to possess any harmful arms.

    why does he need the guns? Secondly, I’m most probably going to own one myself just because I think its cool but my point is that the arms licensing procedures should not let such a thing happen.
