Believe it or not, Spring Break has been keeping me more occupied than school ever did. I have not been catching up on sleep, haven’t had enough time for myself (which is why I haven’t updated the site in so long) and then what about chilling? I think the problem is that I’ve been working too much. Anyways, Ritu passed her BIG exam and is now in the next level. She thinks that it got much harder than it used to be for the first few weeks of the semester. Good luck Ritu. She also got her wisdom teeth pulled (yes, all 4!) on Monday … she talks funny now … haha. Get better soon. I am looking forward to going to Bhangra Blowout afterparty … apparently its at the post office museum or something … we’ll see. India was a big disappointment during the finals of the 2003 world cup … we lost to the Aussies but you gotta give it to them for making 359 runs. Gokul had his spring break party on Friday and it was fun but unfortunately, I left early. Ami and I and a bunch of her cousins went to Insomnia after Gok’s party and had fun but we missed our dear friends. Here are pictures from the party @gocool.org

Me and Exams
Saturday, March 15th, 2003The CMSC250 and the CHEM135 exams went well (knock on wood). Even though I didn’t study much for either exam, I knew pretty much what was going on in the classes. I did realize one important thing about myself though … cramming does NOT help. I realized that I’m the sorta guy that needs to be consistent throughout and then walk into the exam without picking up the book to cram for the exam. If I’m not consistent, then no matter how much I try, it doesn’t matter … I’m screwed. Spring Break is coming up and I’m really looking forward to partying till I drop. I hope a lot of people feel the same way cuz the more people the merrier. I guess its back to reading history for now.

Monday, March 10th, 2003I’m really excited (sarcastically speaking) for all my midterms. Let’s see … I have one on Thursday, one on Friday and whoops one on Monday! Isn’t that lovely? I’m dying here … somebody please call 911. All jokes apart, the best part is that I’ll be done with all the classes in one single blow, a hard blow though! Mukta was looking good at the fashion show yesterday as I mentioned so I decided to steal a few pictures off of Gokul’s website and put it on mine. Gokul I hope I won’t see a copyright infringement lawsuit coming my way. Anyways, Ritu had her big EXAM today … I really hope she makes it to the next level because she worked really hard for it … I have my fingers crossed for you Ritu! I hope Ami approves this new background cuz apparently, she thought that black was too Intimidating for her. Well everybody let me know what you think about the background.
SPARSH 2003
Sunday, March 9th, 2003I had a good night’s sleep after a long time. Unfortunately, all my plans to study went down the drain. However, I did end up going to SPARSH (SCI cultural event) and I must say that it wasn’t actually that bad. I mean what else do you want when you have a bunch of Indian guys hell bent on making a fool of themselves. However, however, Mukta & Divya were looking beautiful and would have stole the show if they had decided to be on stage for a bit longer. Gokul was the gangsta of the show … nice going. We went to Chipotle for dinner and this was Anu’s 4th day in a row at Chipotle … da-y-am! After Chipotle, we ended up coming back to the show because we had heard rumors about there being an open dance floor after the live band. We waited for a bit and they finally decided to have an open dance floor. But guess for how long … ? an hour… I mean c’mon! And Ami, she was reluctant to dance as always … I know you have better moves up your sleeve ami, don’t worry about the people around you, have fun!
